Orders placed before 1 pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by logging in to your account or visiting our Track Order page.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
