How Order Tracking Works

Order confirmed — You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Dispatched — Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
In transit — Follow your parcel in real time using the tracking number provided.
Delivered — Your order has arrived. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days.

Shipping Timeframes
